Are The Street Food Trucks Working “Agile”?

Two days ago, I was standing on a street food truck. I only requested one dish (liver). But, what I got was (bread + liver + pickles + onions + a cup of water). The manner the orders were placed was in perfect sync with the order’s timeline.

I took the first piece of bread, then the liver, pickles, and onions. Later, he proposed potatoes, to which I approved.

I noticed that I didn’t stop eating while receiving these items from the food truck owner since I didn’t wait for the rest of the orders to come down to me, and he wasn’t waiting for me to submit the whole order before dealing with another customer.

The situation was straightforward and adaptable; I eat 30% of my order, another customer next to me eats 60% of his dish, and someone else on another table eats 100% of his plate. But we all eat, and the worker gives us food while washing the dishes, and we’re all in his kingdom. Submission of orders didn’t stop, people did not wait for lengthy periods, and the worker met the needs of the one who finished eating.

So, what does it have to do with Agile? Simply put, the Agile Concept is built on delivering priority results as rapidly as possible, allowing you to complete the rest of the process in its entirety, as well as receive feedback early on.
