Introduction:
After the rapid spread of the concepts of Japanese management in many countries all over the world and the continuous improvement and collective participation of workers and industry quality at the source and reduce wastage in all its forms, a concept that was used by the Japanese Toyota, the lean manufacturing appeared in the nineties, which includes the achievement of all the above objectives through the expression a full manufacturing process path starting from the initial study, planning and design, then the supply, manufacturing and supply to customers with targeting full disposal of waste or any step that doesn’t achieve any added value to the customer as the customer is the primary focus of any activity directed manufacturing or service.
