Erdoğan: Thanks to AKINCI, no stone will move in the region without Turkey’s consent

Turkey produces about 130 types of drones that join its armed forces and exports some of their types to other countries, which makes it one of the prominent global powers in the production, use and export of this type of advanced military weapons.

This was reported by the American “National Interest” magazine, few weeks ago, noting that “Tunisia concluded a military deal worth $240 million with Turkey, last March, to purchase 6 Anka-S drones and 3 ground command stations, in addition to special technologies.” similar contracts are signed between Turkey and other major countries locally and globally.

Last January, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Ankara had received requests from European countries to purchase Turkish-made drones for military uses, including one of the “Bayraktar” drones.

The American magazine (National Interest) says that :

“Turkey has become a world power in the field of drones, most notably Anka and Bayraktar, of which there are several copies.”
